How long does it take to build my system? +

Most Founding Member systems launch in 7–14 business days from when your deposit clears and you provide your assets (logo, photos, content). The timeline starts when your deposit is received and you provide your assets. Delays in providing assets may extend the timeline. Industry norm is 4–6 weeks — we move faster because we run a refined process with a small team.

What if I don't like the design? +

Every Founding Member build includes a capped set of revision rounds within a time-boxed revision window. We send you a live preview link before anything goes public so you can review each round carefully. After the window closes or the round limit is reached, additional revisions are billed at $100/hour.

Do I own the system after it's built? +

Yes. Once you pay in full, you own the entire system — code, design, domain, customer data, all of it. You can modify it, transfer it, or do whatever you want with it. Unlike Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or Wix, your platform is yours. No monthly rent. No vendor lock-in. Stop renting your business tools. Start owning your infrastructure.

Can my customers pay through my system? +

Yes. Every Velonyx build includes Stripe payment integration so your customers can pay with credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — on your branded payment page, via SMS link, or in person on your tablet. What happens after my system launches? +

Every system includes 30 days of free support after launch. After that, the $100/month Care plan keeps your platform live, secure, and improving — hosting, uptime monitoring, security patches, content updates, SMS and payment integrations, and direct access to the founder. The first month is free for Founding Members.
